A hands-on programme delivered on board, built around your interior crew's actual level: technique, mise en place in confined spaces, service in a seaway, and the standards charter guests expect.

From espresso to a flawless flat white on the machine you have installed. Calibration, milk work, cleaning routines and a coffee protocol any member of crew can maintain between charters.

We come to the vessel. Practical sessions with your crew, on your equipment, in their real working space.
